It is recommended to at least dance which solo(s) you have learned in class. By Nationals, it is recommended to dance the 2 new solos this year if you are new to a level, or all 4 solos if you are repeating your level from last year. Planning for Nationals: Are you interested in dancing off for All-American when we go to Nationals? (optional)

Novice- No All-American Awards for Novice. JR All-American- (Beg, Int, Adv) you do not register or dance off. Just simply do your best at Nationals and you might win! Individuals and Duets. All-American- (Adv, Champ, Pro) you are first required to dance your normal individual/duet events during the day and then register seperately at the registration table for the dance-off. Any Adv 1st, Champ 1st or 2nd, and all Pro qualify to register. Cost is usually $25-30. Let us know you are interested and we can answer your questions. Advanced dancers most likely will not win anything. Duets and Solos do not dance off (No Adv duets or solos are considered; Champ solos only have 5 spots per solo to win). All Freestylers dance off after age divisions (you will be dancing off against pro freestylers). A Cappellas- Pro does not dance off; Adv & Champ dance off by joining the Pro age divisions.
