NP Studio Winter Recital

Gem Cloggers NP Studio Winter Recital

All New Plymouth Teams

Check out all our NP team dances at New Plymouth High School on Saturday, December 16th at 11:00am. Admission $3 per person. Kids 5 and under are FREE.

Cloggers need to be dressed in their costumes and ready to practice by 10:00am at the school. We will direct you where they will practice once you get there. Clogging shoes will be put on just before they are ready to line-up for the show.

Rec Session 1 (Fall) ends

Rec classes session 1 (Fall) ends Dec. 16th. 

Session 2 (Winter) Begins Jan. 16th with all new dances! (Comp classes start the week prior)

No registration fees for Rec dancers who danced in Session 1. (Reg fees last for the whole year)

New Rec students will be taken Jan-Feb. Refer a Friend and get $20 on your account when they sign up and pay reg and 1 month's tuition!

Session 2 goes until the Spring Recital in Late April - early May.

Kick Off-Classic Boise will be held at the Nampa Civic Center, 311 Third Street South
Nampa, Idaho 83651. 

Teams that will be going (Days/Times are Estimated and Tentative):

     Friday: Champ & Pro Events (Team and Ind./Duets): Topaz (Fri & Sat), Element.

     Saturday: Novice, Beginning, Intermediate, & Advanced Events (Team and Individuals/Duets): (Starbursts, Red Hots, Pearls, Rockstars, Topaz

Idaho State Championships Pocatello is Friday and Saturday, Mar. 9th and 10th.

Location Confirmed: Chief Events Center at the Shoshone-Bannock Hotel and Event Center, 777 Bannock Trail, Fort Hall, ID 83203. Just 10 miles north of Pocatello. 

Teams that will be going (Days/Times are Estimated and Tentative):

     Friday: Novice, Beg, and Intermediate Events: Rockstars, Pearls (Friday & Sat). (Also those Nov-Beg teams who do not place 1st at Boise. Must Place 1st in order to go to Nationals.)

     Saturday: Advanced, Champ, and Pro Events. Pearls (Friday and Sat), Topaz,  Element

We have the whole month of October to take orders. Contact your local Gem Clogger to get yours! (Will be delivered close to Thanksgiving)

Nov Solos 4:30-4:45pm

Starbursts (Nov comp) 4:45-5:30pm

Minis (3-4yrs) 5:30-6:00pm

Picture Day- Emmett: MOVED

Picture Day for Emmett Classes is being moved to a later date due to scheduling conflicts and not having enough set-up time for the 20th.

We are looking at possibly May 25th or after Memorial Day. Ballet pictures are on June 1st which could be a possibility as well.

We will notify everyone asap when we have a date. It will also be posted in the newsletter.

-Wreath Pick Up-

-Wreath Pick Up-
Our wreath count stands at 437+ total! That’s more than the last
four years! Pick-up is Nov. 19th at the Fairgrounds in New Plymouth
(310 East Blvd) from 4-6pm. Please make plans to deliver
them as soon as possible to your customers, preferably before
Thanksgiving. You will need to make sure you take care of them
properly while in your care so they do not freeze or get warm and
dry out. Contact us for other pick-up arrangements.

Harvest Fest Performance- Emmett

We will be at Emmett’s Harvest Festival on Oct. 8th from 2-2:30pm. Anyone who wants to do freestyle, a cappella, or solos is invited to come show off. We will also do Diamonds Team A Cappella and part of Howdy and possibly Swing.

We also have a fun dance to “Can’t Stop the Feeling” that anyone from the community is welcome to jump in on. 

Saturday Oct. 8th, 2pm at on Main Street and Washington Ave. (Husky Park)
