Picture Day - Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd. Sign up for your time slot on Dance Studio Pro. (In your parent portal, select More->Private Lessons & Appointments or contact us to schedule a time.)
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
*All dancers will receive a FREE magnet with their photo on it just for coming and getting their picture taken!
*We will only be taking individual pictures as we cannot meet social distancing guidelines to do teams. We will then make a composite team picture out of your individual pic. If you order a team picture, you will receive a print of this composite with your team members' individual pictures on it. Even if you have not been able to continue classes or don't plan on ordering pictures, we would LOVE to have a photo of everyone so please come! If you have concerns about coming in, please talk to us so we can figure out an alternative.
*We will only do pictures for one dancer/family at a time. If you have multiple dancers, plan on doing multiple poses or doing costume changes, please sign up for at least 2 time slots. If you are not sure how long you will need, contact Dan.
*Arrive in costume and ready for your picture to be taken. Costume changes are allowed for multiple poses as long as you do them within your time slot(s).
*Rec teams need to wear their GC T-shirts with black pants, shorts, or capris and clogging shoes. Shirts can still be ordered online at http://www.gemcloggers.com/gc-tshirts . If you already ordered and do not have your shirt, please check in with us.
*Comp Teams need to wear whichever costume(s) they choose. Please make sure you are using tights if your costume calls for it. You may also style your hair as you wish. Remember your clogging shoes!
*Social distancing will be observed and we will wear masks at your request. We will be sanitizing commonly touched surfaces in between each session. To help with this we will utilize both the front room and back room as waiting areas and alternate in between them. Please watch for a message as to which door you should use. The middle room will be utilized for taking pictures.
*Order forms are attached. Please try to decide what you would like, fill out your order form and send us a scan or picture of it before your picture day. This will speed up the process and help things go smoother. Contact us and we will be able to also help you decide or figure things out before you have to come in person. If you would like to have your pictures taken first and then decide what you would like to order, we can do that as well. Simply let us know if you have an idea of what you would want or how many poses you are thinking of.
*Payments will only need to be made after we charge your order to your account. Your order will only be printed after payment is made. Credits on your account can be applied to your order. Also, there is no obligation to buy anything if you simply want your picture included in your team composite picture. You will still receive a free photo magnet, just for coming!
*Please do not come if you or a member of your household is sick or has a fever. We will reschedule you later, no problem. No matter how small or insignificant you may think your symptoms are, we will gladly accommodate you at another time.
